Timex Ironman Watch. I replaced the batteries, but can't for the life of me get the caseback on.

Jewelry stores in mall were unable to assist. Any other ideas, other than sending it in to Timex?

You should try David Gardner's Jewelers on University. I believe he has a watchmaker on staff.

Christies in the Mall (next to Macys) easily beats any price around town and they've always done a good job for us as far as watch repair, ring resizing, etc..

Unless it is an Ironman with a heart rate monitor you may find a jeweler/watchmaker will cost more than the watch is worth.
