I need a good plumber to help fix a hot water issue and unstick a disposal. Recommendations ? The only company I won't use is John Gause as they have now stood us up 2x across two weeks.
I had a bad leak earlier this week. After a false start I called Aggieland plumbing. The gentleman (I didn't get his name, but he was definitely a gentleman) came right out, found the leak, repaired it and all for a resonable fee.
I find it strange that the OP had a bad experience with Brad Gause. Two weeks ago I called Brad at 4 pm about a water heater that needed replacement after getting stood up by Lowe's since early that same morning. He said he'd try to get there the same day. He called about an hour later and said it would have to be the next day, which was reasonable given the late hour of my call. Brad showed up at about 11 am and fixed everything. Got a call that evening from Lowe's trying to reschedule for the following day. So I am a fan of Brad Gause.
What the OP said +1 but minus the need for editing.
Tix Vix will chime in here in a second and just happen to have the phone number and say good things but swear that it's not someone from Gause Plumbing.
I used West Plumbing. He was at the house within 30 minutes of the call, solved the problem within another 15 and charged me for only 1/3 of the service he performed. Good bull Mr West. We will be using him to service our units going forward. He is the anti JG Plumbing - heck, he almost beat me to my own house when I made the service call.
