I am sorry you were not happy with you cupcake order last week. When you brought the cupcakes in today (a week later) and talked to our bakery assistant, the only complaint you had was that the cupcakes did not have enough german chocolate icing on them. I am not sure how you came to a conclusion that the cupcakes tasted like they were several days old, as there were no bite taken from any one of the cupcakes????
As you can see from the picture below (after we recovered the cupcakes from the bottom of our trash can when seeing this negative post), only one cupcake is missing icing and the other two look to have a normal amount of icing. Please excuse the look, as these cupcakes are a week old and were smashed in a box at the bottom of our trash can. I just wanted to show proof with this picture.

Furthermore, the only reason the manager asked that you call prior to coming in was so that we could add extra icing to your cupcakes compared to what we keep in our cases, not to bake fresh ones as our cupcakes are made daily.
Again, we are sorry you were not satisfied but please know we are not in business to stiff our customers on cupcakes or any of our other items. We try our best every day to put a smile on our customer’s faces.
