I need a good recommendation for a therapist for a teen-aged girl to talk to.
Male Therapist only. (her preference)

Some of the names I know in this town do not take clients under 18.

You could try Glenn Bruxvoort, just off Texas Avenue, near Broadmoor. I know he takes teens (and younger).

We took the kids to see Glan Bruxvoort after a family trauma and he was very good. He did not drag out the number of sessions or anything like that. Offered practical advice and the kids liked him. If we ever needed to go back, I would not hesitate.

Thank you for the recommendations. I appreciate it. Some kids just need someone they can talk to that isn't mom and dad.

I'm not sure what inappropriate comments were made as they were edited before I saw them. However,
at any time I will gladly sit down over a cup of coffee and discuss your opinion with you. hossfly308 at hotmail.com

Dr. Kathy Duncan or Debbie Milburn would both be great choices to help with a teenage girl. I had an experience with Roy Luepnitz and was extremely under-impressed. Best of luck to you.
