I may be misinformed, but I think that just like cable, your only option is crappy SuddenLink.
I have verizon just off Rock Prairie. Bet they have service as far out as Castle gate/Rock.
We had Verizon in Castlegate so surely it's in Castle Rock.
Verizon online and via a phone call both state that they don't.
Its a distance issue from the DSLAM. Castlegate may be just close enough and not all parts may get it.
The further you are the lower the speed as well. I believe it is on the hill next to the water tower/HEB.

I moved to Castle Rock a little over a month ago and have Suddenlink. Haven't had any issues yet with their service.
