The Circle on Arrington Road (Near Fitch HEB) is blocked by a truck with a load of pipe. The truck looks like it was stuck in the mud there.

Over the years, that circle is always a mess after heavy rains. Water and mud just collect in it.

Seems like it's closer to 3 years. I used it five days a week for it seems like a long time until they finished the overpass at Barron. It was always a mess when it rained.
