The water I can see. After all he needs a place for that rowboat... but the trees?!

The park and "water feature" don't seem well taken care of as it is...

The irrigation is being installed to help with the maintenance of the park. One of the ways the parks department will deal with budget cuts is to reduce the frequency of mowing or other maintenance in the parks.
