Looking for a Christian counselor for pre-marital counseling...any recomendations?

Oftentimes churches will have "nearlywed" classes that don't cost anything. I know ours (FBC CS) has them fairly regularly, including one right now. If interested, I could get you in touch with one of the couples running it this time.
Who will be officiating the ceremony? They usually offer counseling...many require it.

Brazos Fellowship on SW Pkwy has a pre-marriage training.
