I'm looking for a good realtor....suggestions?

You are going to get a dozen different opinions. We've used Brandi Ring-Cooper twice in the past and been very pleased each time. The best realtor is probably dependent on what market and price point you're trying to sell at.

There are lots of great realtors in tow, but we used Stacey Isgitt (http://isgitsta122.bcs.mlxchange.com/) to sell our house, and she was fantastic. Sold it in 5 days for more than we thought it was worth. Highly, highly recommend her.

We used Chris Tesch and were very happy with the service she gave us. We had specific needs when we were buying, and she found us what we were looking for and where we were looking for it.

There are any number of good Realtors around. It gets down to who you feel comfortable with as personalities go. But I would say it might be better not to try selling at this time if you can help it. The market is very sluggish at this time. But if you must, then be patient, and listen to what your Realtor has to suggest.

Chad or Darla Wooten at Lone Star Realty. We've had great experiences with them. Very practical and will shoot straight with you.

Interview a few. As stated you will get several different answers. Once you interview them, you will get to know them some and see who you are most comfortable with and who you think will do the best job.

I second chrisfield's recommendation of Capstone. Stacey has been our rep in both buying and selling transactions, and I could not say enough good things about working with her.

+1 for Lone Star. I deal with William there and he is great!

Chris Tesch gets my vote. We have used her services twice now, (once as first time buyers and just recently in a sell/buy), and she has been awesome.

She was wonderful with us. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a lot of issues arise during our selling process and she handled them very smoothly, making it easy on us. I also appreciated how down to earth and friendly she was- I've dealt with snooty and detached realtors before, which was not a pleasant experience. Like Franciscan46said, personality has a lot to do with it.

Find a few who have a good track record, interview them, and see who you feel most comfortable with. Good luck!
