Any of you live in this subdivision? Anyone know anything about it? Pros? Cons? Comments?

Thinking of building a house in this community.

We moved to CM last March. Its an awesome neighborhood. The only "cons" are the Style Craft houses in the back of the subdivision. We were hesitant to buy here due to the Stylecraft houses, but we got a great house at a great price and our neighbors are awesome.

Actually its Creek Meadow Estates? I think thats the name of the subdivision and I dont know the exact street. I was just told there are lots available out there and they have some for sale on their website. Seems a lil far away though. I'm hoping for something close. I have to drive out there and take a look.

CM Estates is directly across the street. Its phase 2 of Creek Meadows.
