My computer got a pretty bad virus. I called around to different shops and this one sounded legit. I took my computer in and asked them to try everything possible before nuking the hard drive. They did a deep clean and removed all remnants of the virus, sped up my computer through defragging, installed new virus and adware software, and also installed a better, faster, defragger.
All for $50.00
Now I dont know what others would charge, but I was more than willing to pay that considering the excellent customer service I received, the great job they did, and the fact that I got my computer back just the way I needed it in a timely manner.
They also explained everything to me, including how to use the new software.
I highly recommend this company for any computer related problems. They are located off Broadmoor near the St. Josephs Hospital.
