In the contract time to obtain finacing is set. What is the standard time set for this? Asking b/c it has to allow for financing to be approved as well as an appraisal being done.

I think 2 weeks is the absolute fastest that you could get it through underwriting.
30 to 40 days from contract to closing is typical in my experience.

You are talking about the Third Party Financing Addendum correct? If so, I normally put anywhere from 15-21 days. If you are already 100% approved and have gone through all the steps and are just waiting on a contract I normally put 15. If you just got approved and still have some things to do I put in 21.
