Does anyone know how to get in contact with them? We moved last August and are still getting a bill for dues. I know that when we signed everything over, all the HOA info was given and was supposed to be transferred to the new owners of the house.
The website westfieldvillagehoa.org is not working.

I would also send a copy of letter and envelope to your old address addressed to Current Owner. A friend bought a house and didn't get the bills and the HOA was charging her late fees. This will give the new owner evidence that they were sending the bill to the wrong location.

You can also send a copy of your HUD1 statement you received when you closed. All paid and prorated dues are indicated. I agree with aggieknit,in sending copies to the current owner. Wouldn't want the HOA to place a lien on the home for non-payment.
