La Casita has great TexMex but I have no idea about it being a good place for a rehearsal dinner.

Wrangler Steakhouse has an area for big groups I believe.

La Casita Mexican restaurant has a party room separate from the main restaurant.

there is a Hall out on HWY 105 across from Pecan Lakes...dont know the name of it but it looks really nice

I'll ditto Martha's Bloomers. I've actually been to two rehearsal dinners held there, and I thought both were very nice.

I have heard good things about Martha's Bloomers. You might also want to look at Camp Allen as an option. The chef there is outstanding.
