Just got on Atmos Energy for the first time and on my first bill I see a "Field Read of Meter" charge for $19. Is this a one time thing or will they charge me every time they do their job? If so, it's a load of crap.

One time fee. I had the same thing and called Atmos. Haven't seen that charge since.
