Does anybody know anywhere close by that somebody can get a Honeywell Thermostat? I need to find a replacement for model TH5220D1029. The current one keeps shutting off in the middle of the night, which makes it a bit stuffy in the house.

Lowes carries them. I dont know if they have that model but that have a number of Honeywell thermostats.

You don't need to find an exact replacement. Thermostats are pretty universal, you just need to keep the wires labeled properly and replace the mounting bracket on the wall.

Feel free to buy any of the thermostats you can find at Lowes, Home Depot, or other retailers and replace it. I replaced mine last year with a nice touch-screen model that has a 7-day programmable timer and a bunch of other features like humidity monitor, programmable overruns, and some learning functions, and it has dropped my utility bill considerably.

Thanks for the info. The problem is that the A/C is a professional model and it is set up completely different then the run of the mill home A/C unit. This is what creates the issue because nobody so far carries one that will work with the system that is installed.

Call the installer?

Been tried, they have to order, looking for a fast fix because it gets so hot at night. Going to check one of the places on the list provided that hasn't been checked, but may have to suffer a little longer. Thanks for the help!

You might try some of the AC supply houses in town that the pros go to. Many will sell misc items like that, usually cash n carry though. I used to go to Johnson Supply and buy items or parts with no hassle. I don't know if they have Honeywell though.
