Bruce Williams the night time radio guy always talked about how the Empire State Building was built in only a year. It was usually in reference to getting home repair contractors to finish what they started. Don't know if it is true but thought it was.

To be fair, they had to drag it out so they could feel good about putting the fake rust on the fake steel.

I would have thought there were better ways to spend tax dollars. Same must be true for hand painting all the cowboys riding down welborn rd.

I don't see any justifyable reason to waste money this way in this economy.
