Does anyone have an opinion about building with them? They haven't been around for very long.

I do not have one of their homes; however, I know Matt (owner) and he is a stand-up guy and have seen several of his homes and they are quite nice.

Also, another builder I know speaks well of him.

Matthew is a top notch builder and man. This was our first home to ever build, so we were quite nervous. Matthew is on your side from day one. He fights for you on budget (this was HUGE for us) while giving us all the things we wanted in a home. He is on the job daily and expects a lot out of his people. He speaks spanish, so that was a HUGE help in communicating on the job site. One thing we noticed was how when Matthew called his workers, they were so prompt in getting the job done. Matthew expects perfection and won't settle for less.

I asked a realtor friend for a inspector's name before we closed. He came out and told us he couldn't find anything wrong with our house. He was very impressed and told us that our builder was one good builder. He said builders like this don't come around often. He said Matthew went above and beyond what the standard was.

Matthew takes pride in each house he is building. He doesn't build a ton of houses each year because of this. When I called him during the building process (which was A LOT!), he always answered or would call right back.

I could go on and on about how pleased we were with Matthew. We would use him again in a heartbeat. Everyone warned us in building a house that it would be a nightmare. We had a blast and would do it again.
