Does anyone know where I could find information regarding billboard construction laws in Bryan, College Station, and Brazos County? I am considering building a couple as an investment, and thought I better check the codes, regulations, laws, etc. Also, if anyone has any information regarding billboards in this area, I would appreciate it.

I hope this is not taken the wrong way:

As far as I know, no new billboards are allowed in Bryan, and C.S. I'm pretty sure has a "no billboards" policy. As I recall, the only billboards in C.S. are those that were annexed in along Hwy. 6 as the city grew south.

Scotch is correct. The billboards in Bryan and (very few) in College Station are grandfathered in. You can no longer build billboards in either city limits.
