This may not be an issue for some of you, but why is the captioning on KYLE 28 not working properly on either the normal channel or the HD channel? Is this a TV station or Suddenlink issue?

depends on who's originating the signal. More than likely KYLE 28 issue. Could be the type character generator they are using with a new digital signal? What software they are running. How they are up converting their signal. Any number of issues. More than likely it's compatibility issues. They'll wait for NAB, see if they can solve the problem there with the vendor.
