you can always try The Eagle. They actually used to have end-rolls that had extra paper to use for wrapping. I would give them a holla.

End rolls from the eagle is the way to go. Free, perfect for wrapping stuff, and no ink that rubs off onto your stuff. Call ahead that day to make sure they have some before you go.

try the curbside on recycling day. City of CS won't mind, since their only revenue on this program comes from aluminum cans.
I have about 1 months supply of The Eagle that I'm fixing to recycle. If you'd like, I will donate them to U.
