I tried them and they weren't good. The liquid in my pico etc. caused the corn torilla to dissolve, so when I lifted it the bottom basically dropped out. I ended up eating it as a big soupy mess of taco stuff with pieces of tortilla mixed in.
Stick to the burritos. Or the quesadillas which are money.
By far better than Chipoltle, Qudoba and every other burrito place I've ever been too...But if you don't like burritos in general then of course you won't like Freebirds

Its all a matter of personal opinion. I personally think Chipotle uses higher quality ingredients. I also think they have a higher standard of cleanliness, including employees.

One thing I like that Qudoba does though is mix up the ingredients before they wrap it up in the tortilla...Sour cream and guac are dispersed evenly that way, haha
I like Freebirds too, but I saw some nutritional information for Chipotle and it was terrifying. I presume a Freebirds burrito would be similar. For some reason I thought it was a pretty healthy choice, but...wow.
MADDUD, seriously, I thought the tacos were terrible, and I really like their burritos.
I have been enjoying Freebirds Tacos for about a month now. They really load them up! YUMMY You can get them soft or crunchy. I personally prefer the crunchy! But as soft, it is a good idea with small children, small burritos!
Thanks Sandy, last time I looked they didn't have it on their site. That was awhile ago though.
It's not as bad as I'd feared but I think I'll stick to the Bird Salad w/o rice, as a tortilla is 47 carbs and the rice is 36 more! I'm not a hardcore Atkins fan but that is a lot of carbs for a meal.
