Getting ready to move out of my duplex in a couple of weeks. Any suggestions on what steam cleaner/carpet cleaning company to go with? We're not going to rent equipment and do it ourselves. Want it professionally done. TIA

I've used Rainbow for my mom's rental properties. I think it was less than $100 for a 1200 sq. ft. duplex but it might have been less.

Power Clean. Jason Scanlin is a miracle worker with my carpets and very affordable.

I second Jason with Power Clean!!! He will do an approx. 1200 sq ft place for $75+tax (3 bedrooms, hallway, and living area). This is how big each of my duplex units are and I have used him since he has been in business...779-1600

Jason with Power Clean is awesome! He did a great job on the carpet in my 3 bedroom apartment when we moved out.

I realize I'm bumping a relatively old thread, but I wanted to give Jason props. We have three bedrooms that needed to be cleaned (selling our house). I called Jason on a Monday and he was able to be there Wednesday morning. His crew was in and out in about a half an hour and the carpets were good as new. It was only $50 +tax; money well worth it and then some.
