I appreciate the suggestions also. I need stuff like this all the time. I am activities co-chair for the Leadership Brazos Alumni Assoc and we have monthly lunches. I need places that seat 50-60. The big catch is that the business has to be a Chamber member since LBAA is a Chamber sponsored group. Some months we have speakers, some months we don't but either way, a sectioned off area or better yet a private room is needed.

Chicken Oil has a party room as well.

BQ-I think that they renovated that building into offices. We have gone to Chicken Oil recently and they just sectioned off the bottom level for us.

What kind of restaurant you looking for? Just a casual place, a high end fancy place?

Mr G's in downtown Bryan has an upstairs I think you can rent out.
Christopher's can section off a room, seats about 30.
The Republic did an awesome job for us recently, we had a party of about 40.

Outback also has a room with a big screen tv and audio/video setups. They can accomodate groups even during non-business hours if you arrange well in advance.

Carrino's can section off the porch...
