I don’t say this in a braggedocious way. But it’s true. I’ve been right about everything.

Looks like maybe one of those would look good on the wall.

At the river on the other side of the county, the bucks have split up and are worrying the young ladies (and old ones). Our cam vids were showing does walking and grazing until this weekend but now they are going by in a full sprint. Good times ahead.

Last week, I saw more bucks on my place than I have in 3 years..many of them in pairs/groups. This week, they have vanished. Not far off the river in S Brazos.

Started seeing signs of this on Sunday here in North Grimes County . Saw a buck sprinting across my hay field just past sunup.

Rut is soon or now for a lot of you guys. I'm seeing buck's necks blow up right now. It's completely expected but crazy to see a picture of a buck one month ago to now. I'll see if I can grab a pick or two

They're getting ready. South Robertson county, also near the Brazos river. Bucks have been nearly invisible all summer, but have been all over all my cameras lately, even in daylight. and yes, the hoards of does, fawns, spikes, etc. that have been chilling around all summer are now just sprinting by.
