Had a trip booked for late May get canceled with a guide I've used with my two sons ages 9 and 7.

Any recommendations for guides in the area? Primarily interested in inshore fishing for a half day max.

We were set to go inshore with him. Tropical storm rolled through the gulf a couple days before. He called us and said "hey we can do whatever yall want but the brackish water stuff will be a mess right now with the storm surge. If you want I know some structure we can catch snapper and grouper within eyesight of PCB"

I'm a novice sal****er fisherman so I didn't even know it was an option to catch snapper that close to shore. We jumped on it and had a blast. Caught a four man limit of red snapper, mangroves, grouper all maybe 3 miles off the beach. We left around 6:00 am and back around 11:00 am. He's also great with kids
