We have 2 spots for sure as of this time of listing and possibly a third spot available spot left open on a family lease. $4150 per gun. year round access. Whitetails, hogs, axis. We have about 2025 acres on the north side of I-10 and another 95 acres or so on the south side of 10. The exotics are random on the ranch..it is low fenced. There is a camp area with travel trailer hookups. you can bring a guest but they must hunt with you in your blind...any animal killed goes against your 5 deer. One trophy at 6.5 years old, 1 cull buck and 3 doe. The place has a bunch of deer but the previous hunting group didn't do any management so the herd is a young herd. We have a pig contest during the general rifle season of $20 per person for the smallest/lightest pig and the same for the heaviest pig...Right now I call this a normal Hill Country deer lease as the average buck scores in the 120-130 range but remember that the previous group shot anything "(if it's brown it's down mentality) Call me for details 832-347-0807. Sad sight. It's been confirmed that where pig blood hits the dirt, at least two pigs will sprout.
