Jerks… although our numbers have dropped significantly. They're still very much around though. If it were only a handful, I could tolerate them. And if they were actually worth a damn to eat.

My uncle put up Tactacam Reveal cameras at our lease. I dont know if they're the best, but they work well for us. We're out in BFE, close to the border, where our phones jump to Mexican cell towers half the time. They still seem to work well there. I have access to the pics, but no idea what he paid for them or monthly subscriptions.

I think Tactacam is the best option right now on true cell cameras. I have Cuddeback and if I wasn't able to pair multiple cameras together on one plan, I would probably have Tactacams.

I considered Cuddelink because I wanted to put out a bunch of cameras around the property with only one data plan. ...but based on bad reviews of the app / interface, etc., I went with Tacacam Reveals.

The cheapest tacacam data plan is $55/year per camera. That cheap plan doesn't give you live view, on demand pictures, or provide videos. you can upgrade for those features including unlimited pictures, but the app features and usability are great, and getting a near instant notification when a camera sense motion and takes a pic is great. ..can share with my sons so they can see all pics in the app on their phones too... and i just adjust the delay between pictures / turn off "burst" so i don't go over the cheap data plan in any given month, which would result in either no more pics that month or agreeing to $5 overage charges to keep taking pictures that month. and tactacam and accessories (rechargable batteries, solar chargers, t-post mounts, etc.) are sold everywhere - academy, bass pro, buc-ee's, etc. ...then again, I have nothing to compare to.

Anyone running the Moultrie Edge 3?

If so, are those a per camera fee also?

I've been using email to view pictures on Cuddeback until about 3-4 months ago when I switched to app. I have no complaints and have logins to view the other guys cameras as a guest which is basically read only access.

My biggest complaint with the Cuddelback is the freaking elk and/or aoudad keep knocking off the antennas and they'll go down until I replace them. I do wish I had more capabilities remotely like the tactacams do but it's not a terrible trade off since I have about 8-9 cameras out on 2 cell plans

I have spread corn out of the same bags from Bass Pro for a couple of decades.I dump the corn in a barrel in the garage and the bags go in the trash. I was surprised that someone else was feeding them.. All four came back two days later and the neck hole was a lot larger. The next day it was gone.

Glad it wasn't on long and impacted her health. Although I doubt it would be restricting anything more just annoying than anything else.

We had a doe that had a snare stuck around her neck. That was depressing to watch her slowly die…. (It was offseason when we saw it)

Had this dude sleeping in front of a protein feeder for 2 hrs the other night. Smart dude never showed himself during season… they don't live long free range if they're stupid.
