My father in law can't walk that far anymore and we just got him a scooter so that he could still get out and go to events like kolache festival. What we need now is some type of carrier that would hook on to his trailer hitch. We need it to lower and raise easily because there is no way he could lift that scooter. Anyone have suggestions or experience?
