My son wants to be a vet and wants to work with large animals. He has requested to learn how to ride. Any recommendations would be great.

There's a place out on Marino road that does. But I think it is the fancy kind of riding.

I'm not sure if they have age restrictions, but this might be a good volunteering opportunity, and your son will get to be around horses. From their website it looks like they even offer a Horse Handler class. Just a thought if you couldn't find exactly what you were looking for.

Kept my horses out there for many years. Good owner and she is active military. I'm not sure if they are still actively doing lessons out there. They used to teach all disciplines of riding, while I was there they were transitioning to more English styles. Give them a shout, you can find them on social media and google.
