I read this Bob Vila list on sealants and then realized I should have just gone to the OB.

The deck will see muddy dogs and muddy duck hunters. It will get moisture off the lake, blazing Texas sunshine and plenty of freezes in the winter.

What have you tried that you like?

Ready seal. Made in Texas. Multiple Colors. Oil based. Apply with pump up sprayer.

Used motor oil/diesel in a 50/50 mix. I haven't found anything that works better, or for cheaper.
