I replanted after losing a sizeable oak to the hurricane last summer. I noticed the below issue for the first time today. Sap is oozing and there is some foam. If there is an insect, I can't see it. Any experts on here know what I'm dealing with and what the fix is? Hopefully I caught things early enough.
