Does anyone have experience with RV consignment in the Houston area? I have a Super C that I plan to sell since the kids are in sports every weekend, and we just don't have time to use it. It looks like PPL is the leader in the market, but they take a 10% commission, which may be fair. Just wanted see if anyone had experience with them, or anyone else in Houston, and how it went?

I have not used them to sell an RV, but when I am looking at RVs to either buy or just to see where pricing is at, my first website is usually PPL. I think they get you a lot of eyeballs and their website format/layout is easy to use.

They are always priced a little higher, so that's where you might get some of that 10% back

I would also post pics and details here on Texags in the classifieds

The used RV market seems to be down right now.

What are the specs? We're toying with the idea of upgrading to a class a or super c

We bought from PPL in 2018. They automatically start discounting it if it hasn't sold in 2 months and continually drop it further every month. Great to get eyeballs on and move it quickly, not as good if it's more specialized and might sit for a bit.

I've used PPL to sell two 5th wheels. Yes, the commission hurts a little, but they make things very easy. They even fixed a few things on both of my units at very reasonable rates. I used the New Braunfels location.
