I've decided I want to try something new in 2025 so I'm putting my drum smoker up for sale. Several people have asked about it over the years here on the Outdoor board so I thought I'd post it here first.

I bought it new 3 years ago from a guy off Etsy in the Houston area... He made them as a side gig. My first smoke it had holes and leaks everywhere so I pulled it apart and fire caulked every single opening. She's held rock steady temps ever since. I also added some probe and thermometer openings as well.

I'm not selling the electronics unless someone wants to make an offer... In reality you don't need a fan on this dude. I did an 11 hr cook on Christmas Eve and I think the fan ran a total of ~6 mins per the app. Just put a good thermometer through the bung I've added and

I've come up with a system to make great BBQ on this smoker that I've never seen duplicated on YouTube or elsewhere. I'm happy to write out my process for the next owner so you can skip the months and months of trial and error.

I just finished degreasing and cleaning it up from that Christmas cook so this guy is ready to go. It'll come with everything you see in the pic, plus I have a stainless lid hinge that I never installed you can have with a full price offer.
