In my experience much of the flooded timber such as Bayou Meto around Stuttgart is public land, it's the Wild Wild West and professional guides are reluctant to run that gambit. We hunted with Duck Down a few years ago and they couldn't or wouldn't provide that setup.
Following because I'd love to find some good private flooded timber hunting in Arkansas. That flyway simply hasn't had good water for several years and the birds have stayed further North. We hunted Kansas last year with some success. The closer you focus on the Mississippi flyway, the better your odds.
