Dang...I've got a '13 Continental Cargo, same size but v-nose, that is set up almost identical to this, even down to the table strapped to the side. I'd be happy to get $7,000 if I were to sell it.

ATC trailers are top notch and the reason they are so expensive is due to the all aluminum frame making them extremely lightweight compared to a steel frame trailer. Price new ones out and you will understand why OP is asking so much.

Yes, him and some friends were taking UTVs around different trails and camping. His plan was to buildout a shower, sink, toilet up front and have a bed in it.

You need to mention the aluminum frame and total trailer weight. I don't see leaf springs either so I'm guessing it has torsion axles as well. This is definitely a much nicer enclosed trailer than typical.
