What is the current ruling on using these? All I seem to find is that you can own one 100% legally but then it gets gray when you install the pistol into one.

I also see versions that are Brace and others are stocks. I understand the difference between the two models but not sure if there is a legal difference.

The rule was rightfully vacated.

Braces are legal again.

Anything with an actual stock will require an unconstitutional tax stamp. Anything with a brace is good to go.

You can't legally convert a rifle to a pistol by way of a conversion kit.

You can add a brace to a pistol and that it legal.

I think I have that same setup I'd be willing to sell. Never used it. I think it's brown.
I know a lot about a little, and a little about a lot.
