I rent rooms out to the BLM workers in Meeker and they are having a tough time finding seasonal workers this year. So, I wanted to post the ads and see if anyone on here was interested or knew someone that would be. The pay isnt much, but its a fun job and the Meeker office is a great group of people to work with. Specifically, they need 2 people for the BLM Assessment Inventory and Monitoring Crew member positions. But if you are interested in others, I can get you directly connected to the right folks.

I appreciate any and all help.

Just to tag onto the BLM Assessment Inventory and Monitoring Crew member position in Meeker, CO (thanks for posting @Hoyt_Ag). We are calling any and all botany, soils, camping, and hiking enthusiasts! Especially for those interested in govt. work, upon completion of the field season (April 15th-October 5th) interns will receive a Public Land Corp award. This is a special hiring authority that helps tremendously when applying to future government jobs. Also upon completion, interns also receive a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award up to $3,447.50 to put towards student loans or other educational expenses. It's a fun summer and a great "foot-in-the-door" opportunity. Please share as you see fit.

Cheers
