Yes this is poison ivy. Not the best pic to illustrate this, but the center leaf will (usually) have 2 "thumbs" whereas each outside leaf in a cluster of three will only have 1 "thumb" and it will be on the outside of the leaf. Not always obvious but often is and can be a reliable indicator of poison ivy.
