In my own backyard, how have I missed this????

For those outside the Panhandle, the Abraham family has a crap ton of money. And they give back a ton to their local community. If our family wasn't scattered over the US, I'd consider retiring to Canadian, Texas.

Our world is so screwed up, that I thought "Who is shooting up a school with a helicopter now?!?!


But, sign me up for that actual program. It looks like a ton of fun.

I know Malone's son in law and daughter. They are a friend of a good friend of mine. They are also doing the NATO training in Schleicher County at the old FLDS compound and now in Coke County, South of Robert Lee on the old Matapeake Ranch.

My best friend has the ranch to the south of the Matapeake leased and he said it sounds like a war zone over there constantly. Apparently they are testing and training with Javelin Missiles in Coke County now. I wonder what missile testing will do to a calf crop percentage? Has to stress the cows out some having explosions going off constantly.

Only $1,200 per shooter…. looks fun though

How did they film that?

Jason and Bonnie hosted a wedding shower for my wife and I at the ranch. Incredible place and very nice people. When my dad was missing and we were down to only one helicopter, we came very close to asking Jason to help with the search because it was an almost certainty he would be happy to help.

The mendota ranch is also a really good instagram and YouTube follow for good ranching and hunting videos.

Some family friends had a kid who married in to the Brown branch of the Abraham family. And if you're from Canadian, Guy Hufstedler is a distant cousin. He works for the Abraham family.

They personify what I'd love to do if I somehow acquired a crap ton of money...make my hometown a great place for all my neighbors.

They've got some monster deer. Thats been a great IG follow for a long time. The horse barn/hangar/palace is 100% Texas.

If you are asking about how they filmed the IG video from outside the helo- it's done with a 360* action camera that mounts on a rigid pole secured to the aircraft. This guy makes similarly amazing videos of his Cub with the same setup.

For a while I was a religious follower of their YouTube channel. Loved that stuff. The deer videos were amazing, especially how they'd find sheds of the same deer and get them mounted year after year.

Thanks for the quick reply and link. Some of that training might be beneficial if the world keeps spinning off its proper axis.
I would think that place is void of the illegal crossing activity we see on the ranch we hunt.
