So I have a hill and a hill top I would like to have worked on.

Hill top is mostly smaller rocks the size of your hand but also some larger boulders the size of an office chair or so. I'd like it flattened out for a campsite.

The hill has a relatively steep grade but not too bad. Only issue is there are parts where rock cliffs about 1-2ft high at a couple points up the hill. Can a rock grinder take care of that?

Basically what can they do or not do. The videos I have seen on YouTube just show them running over a flat field of smaller rocks.

Yes. they can.

They can grind them down as small as you want them to be. They can even grind buried solid rock.

We had the road leading into our place in Uvalde ground (about 1/2 mile). It is better than some of the county roads in the area. Before, it was like goat trails.

No, as in pay someone like Ulrich Cabins to drag a cabin up there.
