Shocked this sucker about 7 times with shocking fly swatter. It even smoked pretty good. But it won't die. Little longer than an inch. What is this?

Yep. Don't bother them and you are fine.

Had some employees tell me there were murder hornets outside the building a couple years ago. It was cicada killers.

That looks like an Apache wasp. Look it up. If so, they are aggressive and they hurt like a *****.

Does that one actually have a stinger? And does it have 2 wings or 4? The pic where it appears to be covered in pollen and looking like it only has 2 wings makes me think hoverfly of some sort. Harmless if so and can't sting you.

I don't know if it had a stinger but definitely 2 wings.

it is a European Hornet. Invasive species now common in the Eastern half of the USA. I saw my first ones in person after moving to north Arkansas.

Don't know WTF is going on but found this in the house. Shocked it about 12 times.. Didn't die, was walking around my floor... So I shocked it till it started to smoke. I think I see a stinger.

How is that politically correct?? They are from Asia and they aren't only in Northern parts of Asia. Most if their native range is in Southeast Asia. Not only is it not politically correct it's also inaccurate.
