I have a NFA Trust that Sean Cody set up about 10 years ago.

Unfortunately, Sean passed away a few years ago.

Any recommendations for attorneys that do this type of work?

Thanks!

Not sure exactly what you need, but Jim Willi is extremely easy to work with and had my trust done very quickly

So the greatest civilization is one where all citizens are equally armed and can only be persuaded, never forced. It removes force from the equation... and that's why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

Jim Willi took over a lot Cody's clients. Spoke with them last yr or two and they recommended rewording and redoing trust paperwork due to some issues with Cody's. They were really easy to work with.

Arsenal Attorneys in Sterling, VA. Matthew Bergstrom.

I set mine up under Virginia law which provides for perpetual trusts (aka "intergenerational trusts"). This allows you to replace the trustees and beneficiaries over time. So you can literally keep NFA items in your family permanently without ever having to re-register (sell) between family members.
