Unfortunately, I think this will be the last summer on earth for one of my favorite water oaks. I need help in determining what to do with it next …

Should I have pieced up for those interested in the burls, or simply have it removed by a local tree service company?

LOL true, but in all transparency I took that picture a week ago. I'm just now getting around to posting it and the last surviving branch is already starting to turn colors as well
