Took my Grendel to the range yesterday. Set it up, and when I tried to chamber a round it would t go… there was spent brass in the chamber.(Wolf steel)

Didn't have anything to free it up with me, so came home and got it out.

Went back to range today, same thing. First round didn't eject (Woolf brass)

Came home and loaded a few rounds of ELDM into a mag, and chambered a round. When I pull charging handle- nothing. Doesn't even try to pick it up.Only thing I can think is broken extractor?
