Picking up 2023 a Polaris Ranger North Star later this week. Have some accessories questions.

Want to get a hood basket. I like the ranch armor one but can't tell if the windshield can still be flipped up. Also wondering how easy or hard to install. The Polaris one will work but want a different look.

Any recommendations for tool boxes? Leaning towards the typical truck style that sits over the bed.

I have the Polaris one on mine and use it every time I duck hunt. Ranch armor makes really good stuff but no idea about the windshield. Quack rack also makes one that's pretty good.

Can you open your windshield?

Went with the Guide Series rear rack on the crew cab. The Quack Rack roof basket doesn't have a floor so I didn't really like the design, but it wouldn't affect the tilt out windshield on the Ultimate edition. However, if you want above cab storage then you may want to look into the Rhino-Rack roof system that Polaris sells because it is made to fit the stock roof design for simple install and versatility.
