We recently took in a labradoodle from our extended family and I need a nice leather collar for him. My other dogs have Saddleback collars but it doesn't look like they make them any more.

Question is do y'all have any nice leather collars you would recommend? I've had the two saddlebacks for going on 9 or so years and would like something similar in quality and longevity.

Been happy with it, but she doesn't wear it all the time so not really sure about longevity.

Gundogsupply was pretty great stuff and a very good return policy.

Really liked ours from gun dog supply. Unfortunately it got pretty smelly when we moved into a house with a pool and we changed to one of their synthetics ones. Prior to that it never really got wet because he didn't wear the collar to hunt

Gundogsupply here too. We have the synthetic collar with the brass name plate works great for a very reasonable price.

We've been using collars from the last place you think of looking - the Bucees gas station. Their dog section has a real nice leather collar that we've been using on our Brittany for years

Looks like leather but lasts much better, no smell, and the leather dies don't come off.
