Been waiting since hunting season for the rivers to rise. Got out yesterday to set some bank poles as the rain was coming to an end.



Snuck back out today, between Easter egg hunts, to check our poles and set some throw lines. Just one good blue.



Kudos to the bait barn for having live bait on a holiday weekend. Hoping for some flatheads if the gar dont rob us blind.



Anybody else taking advantage of the rain?

Little slow today. Two more good blues out of about 50 hooks. Plenty for a good feed but I don't have to clean fish for an hour so no complaints.
