Buddy is considering getting one of these and I told him I'd tap the knowledge of the Outdoor board. Anybody have one? If so, what are the pros, cons? He's considering either the 560 and 800.

I have the 560 and enjoy it. It works well and I get good cooks from it. Even though it's designed for both grilling and smoking, I usually only use it for smoking and still gravitate back to my Weber Genesis for grilling. I'm just lazy and it's so much faster to grill on the gas grill than getting the fire going and using charcoal.

Same - I've been VERY PLEASED with my Chargriller 980.
