Love my Tactacam. My cell phone doesn't have service in this area but it still works just fine.

For the Cuddelink, I have one cell camera (series G) and 2 remote cameras (series G).

The thing I like about the Cuddelink is that I only pay for one cell service ($120.00 per year) but I get the pictures everyday from all three cameras.

I'm not sure if any other game cams out there do this?

The only Con about Cuddeback cams - availability

I did hear that the supply chain issues should be over in a month or so.

Started using Tactacams last year and love them.

tactacam is what I have started with based on this board. I really like it and it works great. Get the bundle with the solar panel if you want liveish update to app. That drains batteries really fast. If it connects and sends stuff to app only once a day I have read that has really good battery life (but have never tried it b/c that is boring).

Also, get the correct SD card!

I have the pro. I don't think I would be able to know the difference.

Will probably buy the X gen next.

Tactacam is tops.

Only thing Spypoints are good for is saving the antenna for your tactacam. The spypoint antenna works on tactacam and they are better IMO.

Glad to hear about Tacticam. I may have to give them a try. I have had multiple Spypoints and have had all sorts of problems with most of them. Then again, I've had terrible luck with game cams in general, all non-cellular up until I got the Spypoints.

Non-cellular user here.

Bushnell and Browning. Couple of issues recently with bushnell - but they replaced them with new ones.

I have SPYPOINT cameras. They can be a little finicky. I have 4 micros and 2 of those are replacements. You have to make sure they are properly updated and set up before taking them to the field if you want to help reduce potential problems. I have not had any problems with the ones I have now since before the deer season started until now.

Mine don't like the cold. They can stop sending when it gets below freezing, but not always
The batteries last a long time if you only send a couple times a day.
Mine are too sensitive unless they are set to "low". I get lots of false triggers when they are set on "medium"
Sometimes they will just need to be turned off and on again to work properly if they start acting up.
I don't think they are amazing.

This is my experience. I'm not recommending or saying they are crap. I only bought the SPs because Academy will make them relatively inexpensive and put their twin pack with the include SD cards on sale. They work fine for my purposes. I just want some proof that I will have something to shoot at when I hit the stand. I do find them entertaining.

I have not used any others.
TexAgs: as long as we have each other, we will never run out of problems.

Tactacam with built in solar panel. I have 4 of them that have been out for 6 months and still going without me touching them.

Cuddelink all day long. Cell costs are cheaper and very flexible power options. I've used them for four deer seasons now, and have left them out for almost that entire time. They have been extremely durable - I haven't lost a camera or otherwise had a problem that fresh batteries didn't solve.

Tacticam. Have used covert, Moultrie and others. Tacticam is the best of the pack currently.

Maybe the Cuddelink cams are different and Cuddeback has perfected their product offerings today, but I have such a terrible history with them I've sworn off buying any more of their products. I've owned 5 of their non-cellular cameras and all of them stopped working within 6 months time. When I tried getting repairs under warranty, they wouldn't honor the warranty, claiming the failure was my fault due to battery corrosion, which was bs. Luckily, Cabelas took back 2 of them that I bought from them and exchanged for other brands.

Again, maybe things are different today with their cellular cams, but the Cuddeback cams I had in the past were one of the least reliable and lowest battery life brands I've tried, and I've tried lots of different brands and models.

Maybe I'm just cursed by the game cam fairies, as it seems that keeping cameras running reliably has been a constant battle for me.

I have a slew of cuddeback cameras linked together (8 total, including the base cam).

Hard to beat the ability to have that many or more share the same cell plan. Also, I'm 6 months or so I've had no issues with them at all.

Easy to beat the image quality, though. My buddy with tactacam gets MUCH better pictures. For most of the year the Cudde are fine. For doing a camera survey, I wished I'd used something else. Even pulling the cards for full-res pics, I had a hard time distinguishing individual animal characteristics.
